Our client, a growing executive search firm specializing in the Animal Health industry , is looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Recruiter to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, build relationships, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. No prior recruiting experience is required — comprehensive training and mentorship are provided. What You'll Do: Source and connect with candidates for opportunities within the Animal Health industry Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and interviews Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Learn how to identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies Assist with developing new business through networking, prospecting, and outbound outreach Learn to understand client hiring needs and identify qualified candidates Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the ATS Stay informed on industry trends and market activity Collaborate with the team to meet recruiting and business development goals What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred 1–2 years of professional experience — recent graduates encouraged to apply!
