We're looking for an ambitious, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Boston. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in B2B technology sales while working closely with experienced Account Executives and sales leadership.

You'll partner with Account Executives on strategic target accounts, helping generate opportunities, develop relationships, and drive new business. This role is ideal for someone with strong BDR/SDR experience or an early-career sales professional who has demonstrated the ability to close smaller deals.

As you build your skills and demonstrate success, there will be opportunities to grow into an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies across key target accounts
• Prospect into new and existing customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and identify customer needs
• Own sales opportunities from initial discovery through close for smaller customers and accounts
• Conduct discovery conversations and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
• Build relationships with prospects and customers across multiple levels of an organization
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information in Salesforce
• Consistently meet or exceed pipeline, activity, and revenue goals
• Collaborate with AEs, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a strong customer experience
• Learn the Sanas platform and become a knowledgeable resource for prospects
• Continuously develop your sales skills with coaching and feedback from experienced sales leaders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or an enterprise environment
• Experience as an SDR/BDR with a track record of generating qualified opportunities, or experience closing smaller business
• Strong prospecting, discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A competitive, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and other members of the sales organization
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales and growing into an Account Executive role
