Nurse Practitioner NP

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Primary Health Care Clinic in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a provider who values patient-centered care, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative outpatient environment. Full-time and per diem options are available. Requirements Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license — required National NP certification (FNP, Adult, or relevant specialty) Experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical settings Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Develop and manage treatment plans and follow-up care Prescribe medications in accordance with NY State regulations Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans Document care accurately and timely in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administration to ensure high-quality care What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $140,000 Flexible scheduling (full-time or per diem) Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern outpatient clinic environment Opportunity to serve a diverse Brooklyn community #J-18808-Ljbffr Teams NYC
