Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Experience working with school-aged children in diverse educational settings
• Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with students’ needs
• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and carry over strategies
• Maintain accurate records, document session notes, and comply with all district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to eligibility and review processes
• Deliver support and consultation to staff members as needed
