The role focuses on overseeing extrusion to ensure proper size and crust, with teammates assisting changeovers, cleanups, and starch-room maintenance. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with progression to $19, $20, $21, and $22 per hour after each year of service; weekend overtime and double-time pay may apply.
