Our client is a highly respected and rapidly growing CFO Advisory and Outsourced Accounting firm seeking a Director-level leader to help drive the next phase of growth. What You'll Do As a senior leader, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, helping clients solve complex financial and accounting challenges while supporting the development of the firm's people and practice. Client Leadership & Advisory Serve as a trusted Fractional CFO and strategic advisor to business owners and executive teams Lead complex accounting, advisory, and outsourced finance engagements Provide executive-level financial guidance and business insights Oversee engagement quality, client satisfaction, and issue resolution Build long-term relationships with clients and become an extension of their leadership teams Help clients improve financial processes, reporting, controls, forecasting, and decision‑making Lead and mentor managers, seniors, associates, and offshore team members Coach and develop future leaders through a structured mentoring culture Serve as a technical resource for accounting and advisory professionals Act as a bridge between partners and staff, helping solve challenges and support firm initiatives Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Support organizational growth and strategic initiatives Contribute to firm operations, process improvements, and service expansion Help shape the future of a growing advisory practice Partner with leadership to drive excellence across client engagements and internal operations What We're Looking For Significant experience providing Fractional CFO or CFO Advisory services Strong executive presence with exceptional client relationship management skills Advanced accounting and financial advisory expertise Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams Ability to manage multiple client engagements while delivering exceptional service Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities Preferred Background Public accounting experience Outsourced Accounting, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or advisory consulting experience CPA preferred Experience supporting privately held businesses across a variety of industries Nonprofit experience is a plus Why This Opportunity?
