Sales Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing, growing, and retaining a portfolio of financial institution clients. This role focuses on driving revenue through consultative selling solutions, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring successful adoption of technology within bank and credit union environments. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing banking and credit union clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities Identify and develop revenue streams within assigned accounts Own full sales cycle for expansion opportunities, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and quotas Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Retail Banking Leaders, Operations, IT, Branch Management) Act as the primary point of contact for client needs and strategic guidance Conduct regular business reviews Experience Needed 3–7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in fintech, banking, or financial services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience selling into banks or credit unions Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple client priorities Familiarity with SaaS/fintech platforms integrated with hardware solutions CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability Strong business acumen in financial services #J-18808-Ljbffr
