Work Environment

You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work schedule that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Realign Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one patient evaluations to assess their physical capabilities and therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors and chiropractors, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.
• Utilize advanced treatment modalities and progressive rehabilitation techniques to facilitate patient recovery, emphasizing functional improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, complying with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and preventive measures to promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal issues, neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and sports-related injuries. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, ensuring that each care plan reflects their specific needs and recovery objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with relevant clinical coursework.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Realign Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
