Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new patients to evaluate their physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery and improve mobility in a timely manner.
• Manage a caseload of three adult patients per hour, primarily within the 40-65 age range, focusing on conditions such as orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to optimize patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in the CureMD EMR system, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and standards.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families about their conditions and self-management strategies to promote long-term health.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adult patients aged 40-65, where you will address a range of conditions including musculoskeletal disorders, neurological issues, and sports-related injuries. Your expertise and tailored approach will be pivotal in helping these patients regain functional independence and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess or be eligible for an active New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically CureMD, is a plus.
• Prior work with similar adult patient populations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Beyond a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
