Work Environment\n

This role is uniquely positioned to flourish in a remote setting, supported by an outpatient office structure that ensures seamless communication and resource sharing among team members. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible schedule. You will have access to digital tools that facilitate teletherapy, including secure video platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems, to maintain accurate client documentation and streamline therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to gather relevant history and determine needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to support individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university.

• An active license in your respective state (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in clinical settings with clients facing emotional and psychological difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients rapidly.

• Proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records systems are preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
