Talent Acquisition Manager

Leading the full talent acquisition function, the full-time Manager, Talent Acquisition will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the recruiting team, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, and can work remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the recruitment team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment in talent acquisition activities Design and implement enterprise-wide recruitment strategies in partnership with HR leadership, utilizing metrics to guide decision-making Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities, ensuring quality processes and a best-in-class candidate experience across all hiring levels Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of professional recruiting experience with leadership responsibility in high-volume environments Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven ability to manage and lead a team of recruiters effectively Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in talent acquisition Proficiency in recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems
