Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions remotely via video chat, maintaining high standards of ethical and compassionate care.

• Administer ongoing client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Support clients in acquiring new coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication skills tailored to their personal circumstances.

• Document client progress accurately while minimizing paperwork to enhance the therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary clientele includes low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.

• An unblemished record free from disciplinary action, indicative of professional integrity.

• Proficient interpersonal skills, alongside strong computer literacy to navigate digital counseling platforms effectively.

• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection for seamless remote sessions.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting is preferred.

• This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 annually, dependent on the number of hours worked.
