+ About the job:
The Logistics, Ops Support Specialist supports daily logistics and import/export activities, ensuring accurate tracking, compliant customs processes, and timely resolution of shipment issues. This role helps maintain smooth transportation workflows, monitors vendor performance, and assists with customs regulations and
documentation.
+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export compliance (preferred)
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Understands product classification and HTS code maintenance
• Is proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables)
• Communicates assertively and works independently with strong follow-through
• Collaborates well with diverse teams and adapts to different working styles
• Approaches challenges with curiosity, resilience, and data-driven reasoning
• Embraces creativity, continuous improvement, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
+ What you’ll do:
• Support daily logistics operations including tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies
• Assist with customs compliance activities such as C-TPAT requirements and HTS code updates
• Coordinate with customs brokers to resolve clearance issues
• Review and process logistics vendor invoices
• Monitor incident reports and take corrective action for shipment exceptions
• Oversee vendor performance through QBRs, KPI tracking, and evaluations
