Sales Enablement Lead

To enhance sales performance, the full-time GTM Enablement Lead will design and implement an onboarding experience for new sales hires, develop ongoing training programs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to bring new solutions to market in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design and implementation of the sales enablement program across various sales teams Develop and execute a new hire onboarding experience that accelerates proficiency for sales team members Deliver continuous training on product knowledge, sales methodology, and competitive intelligence to keep the team updated Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a GTM Strategy role Experience with enablement platform ownership, including building certification paths and tracking completion Proficiency in using AI for program delivery and enhancing training processes Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence tools like Gong for tracking and scoring calls Ability to analyze and report on enablement activity outcomes using Salesforce and spreadsheets Virtual Vocations Inc
