Director of Business Development

MJR Solutions Commercial and Industrial Roofing MJR Solutions is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Director of Business Development to support the continued growth of its commercial and industrial roofing operations. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s full range of roofing services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain partnerships across a variety of industries. This individual will play a key role in expanding MJR Solutions’ presence while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients Promote services including inspections, maintenance, repairs, and full roof replacements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently Represent MJR Solutions within the community and at networking events Assist clients with long‑term roofing plans, including asset management and budget forecasting Services Offered by MJR Solutions Include: Inspection Leak detection Maintenance Replacement Restoration 24/7 emergency response Roofing asset management Soft/pressure washing Budget forecasting #J-18808-Ljbffr Opelikachamber
