Contract AdministratorA growing, multi-state organization is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join its team in Grand Rapids. This company operates hundreds of locations. This role will support the facilities and contracts teams by helping manage vendor documentation, work order approvals, contract tracking, and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.ResponsibilitiesWork with vendors to verify completed services and documentationAssist with administration and approvals within the Corrigo work order systemDraft and maintain various documents and recordsTrack contract and renewal dates to ensure timely follow-upPartner closely with the facilities team and support ongoing operational needsMaintain accurate records and organized contract filesQualifications1–2 years of administrative experience requiredPrevious contract administration experience is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with Corrigo or contract management software is helpful
