This remote position allows for flexible working arrangements while maintaining a structured schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, employing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate psychological well-being and establish baseline conditions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients in distress and coordinating with appropriate resources as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment processes, and community resources to empower informed participation in their care journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure secure patient records.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights that enhance organizational practices and patient care approaches.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research, treatment methodologies, and ethical guidelines to continuously elevate professional competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults and adolescents experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and personality disorders. As a member of our team, you will develop genuine therapeutic relationships, playing a crucial role in guiding clients toward healthier coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license, such as LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD, to practice in the state of Kansas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, best practices in psychotherapeutic modalities, and trauma-informed care principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
