The successful candidate will work directly with patients by checking them in and providing them with information about the services that are offered. Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day. Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. Requirements Excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement and standing, and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds. Must be available to work every shift, including weekends and holidays. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. At least 1 year of hotel experience (required) Opera, Booking, and TripAdvisor are a plus.
