VNB Auto Group is hiring an experienced Automotive BDC Agent. Our stores receive a high volume of internet leads, and we need someone who can respond quickly, build relationships, and turn customer interest into showroom visits.

You’ll work with customers by phone, text, and email, manage your follow-up in the CRM, and coordinate closely with the sales team. If you’re organized, persistent, and enjoy turning appointments into sales, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to internet leads, calls, texts, and emails.
• Contact prospective and past customers to identify their needs and schedule appointments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to help customers arrive as planned.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team before and after customer visits.
• Work toward individual appointment, show, and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• At least three years of automotive BDC experience.
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
• Experience managing a high volume of leads in a CRM.
• Consistent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
• A customer-focused approach and the motivation to achieve performance goals.

Experience writing promotional copy or creating simple graphics is a plus.

Pay And Benefits

The base rate is $19 per hour. Additional compensation is paid for qualifying appointment shows and vehicle sales, with monthly bonuses for reaching targets. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and an employee discount.
