Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport while respecting professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Document client interactions with meticulous attention to detail, including session notes and ongoing progress reports.

• Perform intake assessments to gather relevant information and establish treatment directions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to provide tailored support.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings to discuss case management and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health settings, specifically working with psychiatric or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
