Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial client consultations to identify mental health concerns, treatment goals, and suitable intervention strategies.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions that address various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and situational stressors, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to navigate relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, outlining clear therapeutic objectives and measurable outcomes tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, fostering understanding and encouraging the use of effective coping strategies and resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including assessment notes, treatment progress, and outcome evaluations.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines, ensuring informed consent and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
