Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate a client’s mental health status, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during sessions, adapting approaches to suit each client's specific situations.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that promote self-awareness, coping strategies, and adaptive behavior changes.

• Monitor and review clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary while keeping clients informed about their development.

• Provide psychoeducation regarding mental health challenges and available resources, guiding clients in understanding their conditions.

• Encourage and nurture a therapeutic alliance based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding.

• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality guidelines and clinic policies.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Enfolding Arms, you will serve a varied patient demographic within the community health setting. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure and certification to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
