Claims Background

Candidates must have at least 12 years of workers compensation claims adjusting experience, preferably in a TPA environment. Prior leadership experience: Minimum of 2-3 years prior people management experience leading a claims team in the workers compensation field required. Jurisdictional experience: California and Hawaii Licenses: CA Designation required, SIP optional. Must have Hawaii adjusters license if handling Hawaii claims.

How You'll Make An Impact

Lead claims supervisors and adjusters to provide high quality and efficient service. Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality. Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees. Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.

About You

REQUIRED: High School Diploma Minimum of 12 years related claims experience At least 3 years of supervisory experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Knowledge of all team member related functions DESIRED: Bachelor's Degree
