Following the expansion of Cortex USA operations, we are seeking to hire an additional team member for our Fairfield, New Jersey office for an In-Office Marketing and Sales Representative role, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and customer relationship management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold calling and new customer acquisition
• Build, strengthen, and expand commercial relationships with both existing and prospective customers
• Partner closely with the Cortex USA team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage and follow up on leads, sales opportunities, and customer inquiries

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales experience with a strong focus on marketing, customer communication, and business development – required ( medical/dental industry experience is a strong advantage )
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Strong sales mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Fairfield, New Jersey office
