RN Long Term Care FTE - 0.65 (52 hours/2 weeks) Shifts - Nights Number of Openings - 2 Pay Range (min-max) - This is per our RN union contract RN Long Term Care FTE - 0.65 (52 hours/2 weeks) Shifts - Days Number of Openings - 1 Pay Range (min-max) - This is per our RN union contract SUMMARY: The RN-House Charge/Unit Charge provides each resident with professional nursing care, assessment and evaluations. He/she is responsible for the management of nursing activities performed by neighborhood staff ensuring that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times. The position meets the expectations outlined in the cross training standards for all neighborhood staff. Responsible to coordinate clinical and administrative care in all neighborhoods of the care center. The RN must demonstrate leadership abilities to develop and motivate staff, possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills; must prioritize responsibilities; be flexible and able to work under stressful situations; possess good verbal and written communication skills, be self-directed and work autonomously. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Long Term Care experience preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current Minnesota RN license is required. Maintain current CPR Certification.

Shift: Part Time, Days and Nights available, 26 hours per week.
