Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that encompass language, fluency, voice, and swallowing therapies.

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to formulate integrated care strategies.

Provide educational resources for patients and families to assist them in making progress outside of therapy sessions.

Contribute to occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the healing process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation compliant with state regulations, federal guidelines, and organizational protocols.

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successfully complete a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment techniques for all age groups, along with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal communication abilities with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Capacity to modify therapy techniques to cater to various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
