Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for both couples and families.

• Engaging in therapeutic sessions that involve joint meetings as well as individual consultations based on the patients' needs.

• Addressing a variety of issues including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, emotional and psychological trauma, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication barriers.

• Implementing evidence-based therapies tailored to specific situations, such as adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with clinical protocols.

• Collaborating with a interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that enhances patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be working closely with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents.
