SailPoint Business Analyst

Role: SailPoint Business Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE 19805-Hybrid ( must be on site 3 times a week) Duration: 12 months Payrate: $60/hr Must Have Skills:

1. 7 to 9 years of experience in SailPoint Identity IQ
2. Should have in depth understanding of SailPoint components, its Architecture and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.
3. Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certification processes, stakeholder management, business analysis methodologies, and SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
5. Perform Gap Analysis and process mapping
6. UAT coordination and Implementation support
7. Creating visual representations of current and future IAM workflows
8. Participating in project meetings and reporting on progress.
9. Should have ability to implement technical solution or prototype which meets all functional/nonfunctional requirements
10. Excellent Communication skills

Good-to-Have Technical skills: SailPoint IdentityIQ Architecture Active Directory LDAP Azure AD / Entra ID ServiceNow Integration SQL Queries REST APIs Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
