Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for couples and families, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Deliver both individual and couples therapy, ensuring a comprehensive approach that meets the needs of all family members.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques to address various clinical concerns, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote the best possible outcomes for your clients.

• Collaborate with other clinicians to provide integrated therapeutic services and participate in team meetings to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will address a variety of issues affecting families, such as medical challenges, psychological abuse, and conflicts related to remarriage or divorce. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, ensuring they receive the support they need to overcome obstacles and thrive.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

We value both newly licensed professionals and experienced therapists who are eager to join a supportive and innovative environment. Candidates who hold a flexible availability can expect to work at least 30 hours per week. Additionally, experience in telemedicine and outpatient settings is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
