Outsourced HR Coordinator, Payroll & Benefits Specialist

This is an exciting position for an HR professional with two to four years of experience with payroll & benefits administration to deepen their knowledge in human resources . Summary of Expectations As a key member of the Vault's Human Resources Services (HRS) consulting team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of outsourced HR functions for Vault clients. The HR Coordinator will be a point of contact for clients, facilitate select human resources processes, be responsive to client and supervisor requests, and act as a liaison between clients and their respective vendors. The Human Resources Coordinator assists clients, specifically payroll and benefits administration, to administer HR functions in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as advise on plan provisions. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data entry. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Vault human resources team and other Vault business units per client needs. Other Interesting Information Why would you like working at Vault?
