Human Resources Operations Coordinator

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of HR Operations by managing HR transactional documentation and maintaining the HR Information System. The position also supports the benefits function through leave administration and related HR and benefits transactions. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain data for employment life cycle transactions in the HR Information System. Coordinate with HR management and payroll to initiate and track payroll change notices for HR transactions. Maintain data integrity by conducting analysis and reporting tied to the HR Information System; perform periodic system audits and recommend improvements when needed. Review and submit accurate time and attendance information for bi-weekly payroll processing. Support Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) by distributing leave procedures and forms to eligible employees through benefits-related processes, and update leave status in Dayforce . Report and monitor claims handled by third-party administrators for Worker’s Compensation, Short Term Disability, Paid Family Leave, and related programs; ensure requested information is received on time to support compliance and proper employee payments. Complete other related duties as requested. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred plus two years of experience in a related field, or a satisfactory combination of education and experience. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, collaborate with others, and manage priorities with initiative. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
