Responsibilities:

• Advise life sciences clients, including biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies, on FDA regulatory compliance and approval processes.
• Counsel clients on drug development, clinical trials, and commercialization strategies.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory hurdles related to market entry and product labeling.
• Collaborate with corporate, IP, and litigation attorneys on M&A, licensing, and commercial transactions.
• Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience advising life sciences clients on regulatory matters.
• Extensive knowledge of FDA, FTC, and other life sciences regulatory frameworks.
• Portable book of business ($750K+ preferred).
• Strong industry connections and business development experience.
