Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. However, you will be part of an outpatient practice setting, engaging with clients through teletherapy sessions. You will utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, manage client care, and track treatment progress. Your ability to work independently, while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status thoroughly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring a tailored approach to meet specific needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, offering support, guidance, and tools to help them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists as necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing your insights and collaborating with colleagues for enhanced patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, best practices in therapy, and a commitment to culturally inclusive methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
