Guest Experience Reservationist

Zocha Group is looking for talented hospitality professionals with restaurant experience to join our Guest Relations team in a remote role. You will assist guests via phone, text, and email, managing reservations for a range of top‑tier restaurants and hospitality venues. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and guest‑focused , with a warm yet polished communication style. Prior experience in restaurant environments is required, and familiarity with platforms like OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, or Tock is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently Make and modify online reservations using industry platforms (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, Tock) Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, text, and online messaging Build and update guest CRM profiles to enhance personalization and service continuity Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on venue details, policies, and availability Communicate directly with venue management to coordinate guest requests and special accommodations Ensure accurate logging of guest interactions and follow company protocols Qualifications & Skills Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Tech‑savvy with proficiency in reservation systems (OpenTable, Tripleseat, SevenRooms, Resy, Tock) and communication tools (such as Slack) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first approach Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed This is a remote position with opportunities for growth.
