Key Details:
- PT position; onsite presence required
- Contract runs from August 7, 2026, to May 20, 2027
- Part-time schedule: 2 days a week, 15 hours weekly
- Orientation takes place August 3 and 4
- Licensed Physical Therapist with school-based experience or a strong interest in pediatric therapy
- Effective communicator, eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient with assessment and evaluation in a school environment
- Committed to ongoing professional learning and growth
- Organized and comfortable with technology for documentation and communication
- Provide direct physical therapy services to a diverse student population
- Develop and implement student-centered intervention plans
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and implementation
- Attend monthly team meetings, regional roundtables, and 1:1 check-ins for ongoing support and collaboration
- Immediate access to a same-discipline supervisor for guidance and solutions
- A structured "Buddy Program" for new hires ensures a warm welcome and thorough orientation
- All necessary equipment and testing materials are supplied
