The Counselor position is primarily remote, providing flexibility in your work environment while maintaining connections with clients through secure digital platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical services to clients through the development and execution of personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans.

• Continuously assess client needs and treatment progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate the creation, monitoring, and execution of individual service plans that address specific client challenges.
\n
• Work closely with clients to enhance their coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through both therapeutic and practical techniques.

• Educate clients about available community resources and actively advocate for their access to these essential services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals aged 18 and older who may be experiencing various mental health issues that hinder their ability to engage fully with the community. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery journey and assisting them in regaining their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain professional ethics, including no disciplinary actions on the license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing direct clinical services to a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with community resources and support systems in Fort Worth, Texas.

• Experience employing evidence-based therapies and skill-building activities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
