Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and educational staff to address specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.

• Provide direct counseling services to students and families in both individual and group therapy settings, focusing on empowerment and the development of coping skills.

• Coordinate care with other professionals within the educational setting, including teachers and school administrators, to create a supportive network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on case management and share insights to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Utilize assessment tools and techniques to conduct risk assessments, along with crisis intervention methodologies, when necessary to support clients in critical situations.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents within the school environment, providing support to those with severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses. You will play a critical role in facilitating emotional and psychological well-being, focusing on empowering young individuals and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid clinical social work license is essential.

• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and the application of therapeutic interventions tailored for youth populations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through previous clinical or industry-related experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
