Sales Executive

Terani Couture is an internationally recognized designer fashion brand specializing in special occasion attire, including prom, homecoming, evening, cocktail, pageant, and mother-of-the-bride collections. Built on a foundation of strong customer relationships and trust, we are committed to delivering exceptional service while helping our boutique partners grow alongside us. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team and currently hiring for 2–3 full-time Sales Executive positions based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail partners, boutiques, and key accounts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, fashion-forward, and passionate about luxury sales and client service. Key responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts Conducting customer outreach and daily communication with retail partners Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and account development to closing orders Traveling to trade shows and industry events to represent the brand Monitoring fashion and market trends to identify new business opportunities Tracking sales performance, preparing forecasts, and maintaining account records Collaborating closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to relay market feedback and support seasonal launches Delivering an exceptional client experience through personalized service and product expertise Qualifications At least 1 years experience in Designer Fashion Industry, preferably in wholesale specifically Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship-building skills, with a consultative, service-oriented approach. Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales, including experience with territory management and sales pipelines. Comfort working with sales reports, order management tools, and basic analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities. Strong sense of style and product knowledge, with the ability to provide fit, styling, and assortment recommendations to clients. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, appointments, and deadlines. Established clientele to bring to the company. Experience with CRM & ERP systems, order entry platforms, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) is beneficial. Knowledge of N41 is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
