Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Strategic Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space.If you are a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company, then you know that we rarely have an opening in our sales ranks. All exploratory inquiries and applications for sales employment are kept confidential.Primary Responsibilities:Consistently exceed sales quotasMust have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizationsMust have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skillsMaintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end usersPresent HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territoryIncredibly organizedExperience with a diversity of prospecting strategiesMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutionsTravel Requirement:30-40%Company Overview:UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
