The Global Benefits Manager leads a lean team and partners closely with HR, vendors, and external advisors to design competitive benefit programs, manage regulatory compliance, oversee vendor performance, and continuously improve benefits operations. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role drives program excellence through strong governance, data-informed decision-making, and a focus on service quality and employee experience.

Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 7+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits and leave administration; Canada experience preferred.
- Prior people's leadership experience, with success managing small teams or leading work in a lean environment. Ability to balance strategic priorities with oversight on operational delivery.
- Deep expertise in health & welfare plans, leave of absence programs, and regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of the benefits of plan design, funding strategies, and vendor management. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization preferred. Proficiency in SAP, benefits administration platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
