TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44113!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. License: Must have a valid Ohio license or compact state license. Certifications: American Red Cross BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to starting. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. This is a night shift position consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. A minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. Candidates must have permanent state licensure or a compact state license in hand. Active certifications are mandatory, with no pending requirements. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months and cannot be co-worker references. Nurses and surgical technologists are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. All other travelers must be nicotine-free and submit a negative drug screen. Background checks will be reviewed, and candidates with open cases will not be accepted. Candidates may extend their contract for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. Modules are required and time may vary by specialty.
