Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of your assigned clients.

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for clients, ensuring that services meet established medical necessity and adhere to DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes, empowering families with knowledge and skills to foster positive mental health.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including case materials, progress notes, and statistical data, in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Meet billing expectations by providing a determined number of reimbursable hours, ensuring sustainable funding for our programs and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population, particularly children and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your expertise will enable you to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize client empowerment and holistic well-being, ultimately fostering resilience and healing within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health counseling.

• A self-motivated individual who can take initiative in billing documentation and client record management.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling and a background in working with children or in community-based settings will be highly regarded.
