Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying key therapeutic needs and establishing effective intervention strategies based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Begin with initial comprehensive evaluations while efficiently triaging care and determining the best course of treatment for clients in collaboration with them and their support networks.

• Exhibit proficiency in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of diverse clients, adapting your counseling techniques to their specific ages and backgrounds.

• Uphold high standards for ethical documentation practices and timely record-keeping in line with departmental expectations.
