Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to an AVP and field sales team.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for field team inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, letters, and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and project-related activities.
  • Handle confidential business information appropriately.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Support data entry, spreadsheets, tracking, and administrative operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (AVP, Director, VP, or equivalent).
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook (calendar management).
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation creation and editing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
