Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations, utilizing evidence-based practices that promote effective outcomes.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing teletherapy, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding both promptly and effectively to clients in acute distress to stabilize their mental health condition.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enrich your therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and industry developments.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and overall outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach, respecting the dignity and uniqueness of every individual.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with competency in managing a varied caseload efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n
