Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, therapeutic progress notes, and outcome measurements, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal mandates in therapy practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.
