Performance Contracting

Performance Contracting Group, a national employee‑owned specialty contractor, is seeking a Manager of Employee Benefits to lead design and administration of health, retirement, and wellness programs across the U.S. You will partner with HR leadership, finance, and vendors to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards while controlling costs. The role requires 6–10+ years in health and welfare benefits, CEBS preferred, and strong analytical skills to influence executives and drive program #J-18808-Ljbffr
