Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients, establishing effective therapeutic relationships, and developing treatment plans tailored to individuals and families.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on providing therapeutic support to couples and family units.
\n
• Addressing a variety of complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment challenges related to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to guide clients through their challenges.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining case records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss client care and collaborate with colleagues on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will require you to work with a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents, offering services to families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. You will specialize in issues such as blended families, communication difficulties, job stress, and psychological trauma, striving to improve family dynamics and individual well-being through customized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
