Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs, preferences, and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively support client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teamwork through collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to apply best practices in your therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
