The Role

Your primary mission is to move assets. Acting as the critical bridge between our acquisitions team and a deep network of investors, you will actively build a robust pipeline, negotiate counter-offers, and manage transactions seamlessly from initial interest to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Move Inventory: Draft and submit offers on both MLS and off-market properties on behalf of our acquisitions team.
• Build Investor Networks: Proactively build, maintain, and cultivate a active pipeline of real estate investors.
• Close Transactions: Coordinate property showings, negotiate pricing and terms, and guide deals through to a successful close.
• Manage Deal Flow: Handle multiple high-urgency transactions simultaneously with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advise Sellers: Consult homeowners on the best path forward, whether through an off-market cash offer or a traditional listing strategy.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License (Required).
• Proven experience drafting offers, structuring counter-offers, and managing listings.
• Ability to work 100% in-office out of our Long Beach, CA hub (No remote or part-time).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level investor relationship management.
• High-energy, resilient, and motivated by an uncapped, 100% commission structure.
